Duration: This street-based first aid course spans 4 hours, featuring hands-on practical exercises and theoretical discussions.
Syllabus: The course will cover essential first aid topics relevant to incidents occurring on the street or in public places, including:
- Resuscitation techniques
- Assessing emergency situations
- Heart attack response
- Choking prevention and intervention
- Handling unresponsive casualties
- Seizure management
- Basic first aid hygiene practices
- Improvised Bleeding control
- Addressing shock
- Fracture care
- Head injury treatment
- Asthma attacks
- Responding to drowning incidents
- Spinal injury management
Certification: Please note that this course does not include certification and if for information and confidence building in emergency situation that may occur outside of a work environment.
Numbers: The course is designed for a maximum of 10 participants. There is an age limit of 16 for all participants.
